Shades of Autumn - White

Shades of Autumn Photo Challenge

Hmmm, white!  The trickiest one yet - we've had nothing resembling frost or snow here, in fact I heard yesterday that it's been a record breaking November for mild temperatures.  The images I got for this were by sheer chance as I really hadn't got a clue what to do for this colour.  The boats on the Avon at Stratford came to my rescue, as did some berries from some sort of chinese tree at Batsford.

You did very well with white - and, please, let the "natural" white stay a way for a bit more!

I love the shots, but especially the last one. Terrific!

And here in our part of Ontario, Canada, we've been unseasonably mild for November as well. However, we know s-n-o-w is just around the corner--lots of "white" then, alas.

I love the composition of that last shot of boats! Love the angle and the fact that you can see the texture so well. Just lovely.

I love it when you really find a meme prompt challenging, because you always rise to the occasion in spectacular fashion! The berries are just wonderful (probably poisonous as hell, but wonderful!) And the boats were a lovely touch, too.

White does not come to mind as an autumn color, but it should - we're surrounded by it today! Snowing like crazy, big winter storm. You could have borrowed some of my white for this post, but I like yours just fine! :-)

Well, for not having white you certainly pulled through. These are exceptional. Love the boats and I'd have been doing flips for those berries. Great work!
