It was hot, damn hot...

Well it still is... and I'd like to thank Helen for going above and beyond in the name of friendship, by coming over yesterday and posing with the aid of scarves, a fan and backlighting in truly ridiculous heat.

A Bit of Magic... :O)

Decided to do a little bit of magic yesterday and make my friend Helen levitate :O)

Out and About...

Happy St David's Day everyone, or Happy 1st March if you're not Welsh or haven't got an inkling who or what St David was!

A cold, grey day today but there were some clouds posing nicely in the background when I took a pic of a tree... oh and we found a witch's hat on sale for 33p so immediately bought it and took its photo :O)

Helen...

Went to the World Peace Fete (I like an outdoor summer event with global ambitions!) today at the meditation centre with Helen and had a great time.  She asked me to take some portraits of her whilst we were there, which I of course did (even though I didn't have my portrait lens with me - see yesterday for more info, sob, sob).  Anyway, here  is Helen looking glam - see how normal she is when Cath isn't around?!?
