Yesterday I was mainly taking photos of summer fruit, then I ate the props (I love raspberries...) so will have to buy some more for any chance of re-takes. (The rather nice pots were a bargain I picked up in a second hand shop).
Taken with the nifty 50mm lens (of course).
The sharp-eyed amongst you will have spotted that last shot is actually lavender - not a member of the fruit family as far as I know. But it was calling to me to take its photo and I like to oblige...

I probably wouldn't have been able to take the pictures before Dave and I would have eaten all the fruit. We're absolutely addicted to it - cherries at the moment. Your berries look so delicious.
Gorgeous photos, wish I could reach through my screen and grab one of those delightful "rather nice" pots of raspberries! We're on a fresh fruit binge ourselves lately, though it's mostly been organic strawberries, blueberries and watermelons. Did pay an impromptu visit to a backyard garden today (will be blogging about it next week I hope), and got a couple of fresh raspberries out of the deal, but they weren't as pretty as these!
Lavender may not be a fruit (another gorgeous photo!), but it's delicious in desserts! Here's a recipe that you might enjoy (haven't made it but would love to try it!
Lavender Vanilla Bean Scones
I take it these photos were taken with the new replacement 50mm lens? Congratulations! :-)
Barbara - I did eat a punnet of them before they got photographed and had to buy some more!
Laloofah - the backyard garden visit sounds interesting. Did the owner know you were there or were you scrumping for illicit fruit?!? Oh my those scones... I want someone to make them for me!
Yes indeed the new lens is up and running - it was ordered by 'He who must not be allowed to put cameras in camera bags without supervision' on the Saturday and arrived on the Wednesday!
Most excellent (about the lens - and lol about the orderer thereof). As for my backyard garden visit, it was a little of both! The first raspberry was picked and handed to me by the owner/gardener, the second one I harvested and mucked on down illicitly while "taking some photos." But I confessed to my thievery later, and was graciously forgiven. :-) Look for photos on my next ABC Wednesday post (I think!)
I know, I want someone to make me those scones too!! You just can't find good help these days.
Now I'm feeling hungry!
