This week it's mostly been raining. For some reason this has meant Charlie going in and out the cat flap like an in-and-out thing. I don't know why he bothers as it makes him even more morose than usual if he gets wet.
See what I mean?
When the sun did finally appear there was a mad rush into the garden to see who could get onto the bench first.
Of course it was Pepper...
... until she saw Charlie on the lookout for something or someone...
Apparently Ralph has been paying almost
daily visits to the garden - which was fine
until he made the mistake of trying to snaffle Charlie's food...
This was not a good move.
... She immediately became more interested
in searching out the food thief with Charlie,
rather than posing for photos on the bench.

...Next up was Posky,
who also directed the search operation
without actually getting his paws dirty...
... and as we go to press we've discovered
that Posky has been chosen as one of the
'Most Majestic Felines' on the Cat's Whiskas
Facebook page - well done Posks!

And where was Mrs P during all this?
... As she has a slight cold she decided to stay indoors
and wear something
fetching on her head...

Love it, your kitties are so photographic!!
I would use Charlie's "morose" picture as an advertising for depressive people, it really made me laugh ! What a face !
BTW I think Kim is in her tent outside, she only comes in for food during the night. No way to catch her and take her to the groomer ! What a cat I am sure she is autistic !
Poor Charlie does look much grumpier than usual. Mrs. P's little hat is very fetching. It makes me laugh that your cats are so cooperative about wearing things. Everyone looks good despite the rain.
They all look terrific, even Mrs P with her cold. Charlie is as prosperous as our Target - maybe this is what balances the world?
Deanna - that's one word for them! Thank you :O)
Gattina - LOL at Kim!
Barbara - thank you - how are you now? Hope you're still managing to watch your husband cut the grass etc :O)
Au and Target - Double LOL! You may have something there...
LOL, Charlie appears to get the same spiky hairdo that Willow does when she gets wet. :-) Maybe he constantly goes out into the detestable rain, knowing that it will quit eventually, and that when it does he'll have a better chance of snagging the coveted bench.
Or maybe he's just a masochist. :-)
Posky is indeed majestic (congratulations, Posky!), and Mrs. P looks like a character in an Austen or Dickens novel in her fetching little cap. I hope she's over her cold by now!
Cute! Going out in the rain makes me morose too.
You realize these cats are far too adorable for their own good?
I do William, I do... :o)
