This week the challenge is Yellow or Light...
Here's David with some nice yellow trees at Batsford Garden Centre
(damn fine light that day too...).
...and some yellow leaves with autumnal mist and trees.
And for The Weekend in Black and White...
St Eadelburgha's Church at Broadway in The Cotswolds...
Plus some headstones...
... and some cobwebby angels taken in the fog last weekend.

Oh, the cobwebby angels! They look like Sleeping Beauties.
Oh ♥ The second picture ♥ ♥ ♥ I'm totally in love with it. You captured the beauty of fall in a most perfect way!!! (Loving your header as well!!!)
I am in love with that morning mist and yellow/red leaves on the ground- Sooo pretty!!! :)
I love the light in your second black and white - the gravestones.
I love the angels. Nice photos.
Oh, wow...scrolling through your photos is such a treat! That misty yellow leaf one; words can't express how awesome that shot is <3
Wow! Fantastic post,- and I really like the angel shots! Fantastic details and great angle!
:)
Okay, this does it. Your photos deserve to be - need to be - in books, calendars, on greeting cards and puzzles, in museums and galleries - they are amazing, truly amazing!
The one of the leaves on the road and both cobwebby angels, but especially the first one, are absolutely brilliant!!!
(That's a good photo of David, much better (though far less entertaining) than the one you emailed me earlier today! LOL!)
I love your b&w pictures ..so much!!!
Many thanks - I love, love, love my wide-angle lens and the effects that it gives. So the angles on the angels (eh?!?) are down to that. My other fave is my 50mm f/1.4 lens which I usually take portraits with (can't blame it for the effects on the one I sent to you Laurie :O)))
I am not sure what to say other than I love these pictures.
Beautiful post!
Those leaves are amazing as are the angels. Very spooky!
we're featuring Charlie on our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/KatzTales Thursday at noon Malaysian time. Meow! Au, Target and Guido.
Ooh there'll be no living with him now :O) Many thanks Au!
These are stunning Barbara! I love the colours, but those B&W are gorgeous!
Thanks so much for taking part in the Nurture Photography Photo Challenge :) Hope to see you again next week for the prompt Orange/Warmth.

Barbara, these shots are fantastic! Capturing the cobwebs on the statues...oh my! I love visiting old cemeteries...very well, done!
Cindy
Excellent shots; the wide angle of the church and graveyard impresses me most, has a real lost in time sensibility to it.
David has a lot of character to his face!
Wow! These are spectacular. Beautifully autumnal and very October-y. The mist you captured is amazing.
Nice reportage, fine atmosphere, stunning blak & white
I love the second photo with the leaves and mist. Absolutely beautiful. I would love to hang it on my wall. You are the most amazing photographer.
