Vanishing Point...
Well not quite, but it's the closest thing
I could get to it this week.
It's actually the windows of our shed with frost
on them and a sunburst.

Welcome to the Jungle...
I really struggled with this one so
had to resort to a worm's eye view of the
crocus in the park made to look like a postcard
for a bit of interest!
Calm...
And because you can
never have too many photos
of cats in a scavenger hunt - here's
another. This is Charlie in a moment of
calm - if he was awake he wouldn't be calm,

I admire the simplicity of your photos - and especially that first one. It gets my vote :-)
Posky is adorable! (And I'm sure David is, too, though I wouldn't dream of commenting on a friend's husband! :) )
I LOVE what you've done with your crocus picture! So artistic! And purple! I wish I had your skills...
Penny
Thanks both :O) Penny - yes Posky is adorable, and knows it. David is... David :O))) As for the crocus picture, the 'texture' was a freebie on a cd with the March edition of Digital Photo magazine and was very, very easy to do. By the way, don't know if you're interested but Practical Photography mag is running a DSLR course from the April issue onwards, you can sign up online (it's free) for extra content www.photoanswers.co.uk/bootcamp . I took out their special subscription deal, £10 for the next six issues, which covers the course.
Almost forgot - RuneE, simpliciy, c'est moi :O)))
I absolutely LOVE your Under shot... stunning!
Love you Under shot! Very nice!
Love your under shot (amazing) and your shot of Charlie is too cute!
Awww- Love the sleepy kitty. I thought of that- but every time the camera comes out they are trying to stick their noses in the lens. :) Great job
Ooooo, squeak! Thanks, Barbara! I've signed up for the on-line course, but the link for the sub didn't work. I'll phone them tomorrow, but I may be too late... We'll see...

Chic Homeschool Mama - My cats are pretty used to the camera by now - although Mrs Pod has a tendency to come marching towards me if I squat on the ground to get a shot of her.
Penny - Hope you get the subscription sorted!
I just love seeing your shots.. They are all wonderful.. Everyone of them.. I have to agree.. You can never have to many cat shots..
Hugs, Linda
I really like your first shot- and the one that is getting printed on a Christmas card- HOW COOL!!! :) Congrats!

Great shots and I like how the square format has really framed that image so well. Congratulations on your photo being chosen for the Christmas card - it is such a pretty winterwonderland scene. Where were you when you took that shot? - that's some birds eye viewpoint.
love the crocus (croci?)
Sheri - I'm never sure of the plural myself, I'll stick to crocus :O)
Leavesnbloom - I was at the top of the tower attached to the new Royal Shakespeare Theatre, this link will take you to a pic of it. It's very high, and the views are wonderful.

I love all your pictures. The jungle themed picture is my fav. I love how you did it like a postcard.
Congrats on your last picture. How exciting to have your picture chosen.
You never disappoint, Barbara! That "under" capture should be in Time magazine.
Love the square crop of Posky. AND CONGRATS!! :)
Absolutely LOVE your under shot...so creative!!
Congrats on your photography success! How wonderful! I love your square format shot - how cute is that - but the "under" shot is amazing. Wonderful perspective. Thanks so much for linking in to Exploring with a Camera!
I love the shot of David and Posky- adorable. Congrats on having your shot chosen- its a beautiful image and I can see why they wanted it!
Oh, I love that photo of David and Posky! That is so sweet! And the one of a calm, slumbering Charlie, what a capture. I wonder if he's all stroppy in his dreams, or if his kinder, gentler nature expresses itself then. :-)
The airport photo is cool, and the blooming croci are beautiful! It will be a while yet before our wild prairie crocus is in bloom here.
Congratulations on the Shakespeare Hospice choosing that beautiful photo of yours for their Christmas card! That is so exciting!! It's a fantastic photograph, and easy to see why they want to use it. Your chuffiness is certainly well-founded and I'm totally chuffed for you! :-) Now, how do I get on your Christmas card mailing list? ;-)
Many thanks for all the kind comments. Laloofah - they're sending me copies in August apparently, so plenty of time to ship it over to the dark side :O))) Charlie is just bad :O)
