Scavenger Hunt Sunday...

This week I met up with my friend Corrie to do a photo shoot with her three dogs Bud, Dudley (who you may remember from a previous photo session involving mud), and Faith.  A good time was had by all (except we lost the toy I had bought for the occasion - Bud I'm looking at you!).

Walking...
You'd think that if you were a 15 year old
dog who'd hurt her paw on a walk, you'd be glad
of a lift from human Mum. Not so - Faith was
most put-out at not being allowed to do what
she wanted and protested until Corrie let her
have her own way and potter along the path.

Yummy to my Tummy...
That is a terrible title,
it actually made me cringe when I read it!
Archive shots of something David was eating one day
when we were out...
Yes I take pictures of just about everything!

Bud
Favourite Toy...
This is Bud.
This is the toy that is lost.
Hmmmm...

RSC and magnolia
What I Did This Week...
Yesterday I went to Stratford upon Avon for a
discussion on Shakespeare and Marlowe.
Stratford looked very spring-like - here's the
Royal Shakespeare Theatre framed by
some beautiful magnolia blossoms.

Anything...
Early morning seagulls.

Friendly, inquisitive cow.
She must have known I was a vegetarian
who doesn't drink milk!

Me being a stalker.
Taken by the husband.

Who is obviously not as good
at stealth photography as I am.
My skills are honed...

We were in the ruins of Grace Dieu Priory,
it's not that far from where we live, dates back
to about the 13thC and is a
great location for photography.

Still loving the wide angle.
This was shot at 10mm.

Beautiful shots!! When I have my mum's dog (which is often) and we walk the beach she always manages to find a tennis ball to bring home with her. We must have about 50 of them scattered about the house.

Absolutely outstanding set - and I like that stealthy skill you have - very sneaky. Oh yea, I too cringe every time I read the whole yummy tummy title - ugh!

Oh my - so many beautiful shots! But i'm very partial to labs, so Bud really tugs on my heart strings!

Thanks Corrie - looking forward to the horses (although rather nervous about lying in mud if they're galloping toward me!) :O)

Wow, gorgeous images. I'm trying to choose a fave, but there are several. That last shot is gorgeous, the sea gull on the bridge, the delicious coffee and pastry. Looks like a great week you had.

Fantastic set. You've got some amazing and beautiful shots this week.
I loved the one of your hubby that you (stealthily) took.
The Gull shot was pretty cool. That last wide angled shot was amazing. The pastry looked delicious. The shot of the dog being carried was so sweet. Gosh it was just too hard to pick a favorite this week.

Silly pooches! I really like the Grace Dieu Priory shot and the Shakespeare shots best.

I too really like LR5 and will purchase it at some point. I shoot in RAW and JPG as I use Gimp fpr some things and they only work with JPGS. I always keep my original though!

Such a good collection I can't choose a favorite, although I am partial to dogs. Your cats will be going on strike though if you keep consorting with dogs, you know.
