Vision...
St Mary's Church and surrounds
was a vision of autumn loveliness yesterday.
Strong...
Stag at Bradgate Park.
Buttons...
White choc buttons (bleugh)
with knobbly bits on.
Map...
Not so much a map
as an enigmatic sign pointing
the way.
Fave fruit...
I don't really have a favourite,
but here's a pic of an apple anyway.

I absolutely love our pictures. The stag is incredible. And the church is out of this world...with the rays of sun like that. Wow. ;) GREAT shots, as usual!!!!!
Really beautiful light on the church!
These are gorgeous, the stag is incredible and the map is adorable. I too hate white chocolate, what's the point of it? xx
Vision and strong are AMAZING!! Gorgeous, just gorgeous!
2 first are so peaceful and lovely autumn colors !!! And lovely fruit and pearls photos !!

That photo of the church took my breath away! What a gorgeous perspective, and that golden color that permeates the photo is wonderful!
Then I saw the stag and couldn't resume breathing for several minutes! I may have suffered brain damage due to oxygen deprivation, and think your blog header should carry a warning that viewing your photos can lead to neurological damage due to prolonged bouts of breathlessness! That handsome stag must have been absolutely thrilling to see in person! His antlers are so different than those on the deer and elk here, more like a cross between deer antlers and moose paddles or caribou antlers.
LOL, at first glance I thought the white chocolate buttons were Trix cereal, and wondered what you were doing with that sugar-and-dye laden crap in your house! (The link I provided is a perfect example of marketing bullish*t ). I went through a phase, long ago, where I liked white chocolate. But I was in college and probably just being pretentious, because now I agree with Carrie: "What's the point?" :-)
I love that "map!" Was it painted or engraved? I want one for my yard, though I have nary a fern and no idea what I might have it point the way to instead. The back yard, perhaps, with "This way to see the adorable dogs" on it? :-)
The apple peel is great - love the various colors in it, and the detail of the seed clinging to the knife blade. Not sure I have a favorite fruit either, though the amazing avocado would probably win out if I were pressed to name one!
LOVE LOVE LOVE your pictures <3
Especially the Stag and the one on the apple
Oh wow your set is awesome.
Vision and Strong are just amazing and beautiful.
Also thought the Map shot was cool and the Fruit with how you peeled the apple. Enjoyed seeing your shots very much.
What a lovely collection!
Oh my goodness..that stag is just magnificent!
Quite a collection of pics today!
That stag is just magnificent. And I love the way that light interacts with the church...
The warmth of your first shot is only topped by the magnificence of the animal in your second shot - WOW! Love the perspective of your sliced apple - very nice.
I'm breathless from the stag and my favorite is the apple peel.
See? Told ya you need to post a warning about that! ;-)
Many thanks lovely people...
(Laurie - 'Snork'... you do make me laugh :O))) Maybe I should call my photography company 'Lack of Oxygen Photography: We Take Your Breath Away' :O))))
LOL - or maybe "Hypoxia Photography" instead (which has the added benefit of making you sound like a Greek goddess), with that "We Take Your Breath Away" tag line??? Your logo could be this. :-)
LOL!!!!! Brilliant!!
Meant to say before pressing then Enter button too soon...
Carrie - White chocolate just isn't, well, chocolate! I've bought some pricey white drinking chocolate from Whittards for Helen for a Christmas present - she likes such weird mutations.
Laurie - Bloody freakish breakfast cereal. I don't do breakfast cereal if I have a choice, another 'can't see the point in it' type food. Give me some banana and tahini on toast and I'm a happy woman. Served by George Cloony and I'm a very happy woman...
The map was painted (or a white marker used) on that stone - I think you should definitely have one for each pooch :O) I could have one saying 'This way to the Buddha in the garden where you might possibly also find a cat... then again don't hold me to it'.
Just thought, are olives a fruit? Damn, I missed an olive-eating op!
And forgot again.. thanks lovely people for your comments :O)
I love love your first two shots!! Absolutely Lovely!! =) Happy Thanksgiving!
