Helen...

Went to the World Peace Fete (I like an outdoor summer event with global ambitions!) today at the meditation centre with Helen and had a great time.  She asked me to take some portraits of her whilst we were there, which I of course did (even though I didn't have my portrait lens with me - see yesterday for more info, sob, sob).  Anyway, here  is Helen looking glam - see how normal she is when Cath isn't around?!?

I think my favourite is the cream tone - just hope she likes them!

  1. They're lovely. I like the color one (pretty eye shadow color). ;-)

  2. The B&W is nice but the coloured one with the soft cream is marvelous.

  4. I vote for the cream tone too. I don't think I ever realized before just how beautiful Helen is.

BTW, yes I'm back. Recovering from my lung surgery and my brain is slowly coming out of that hospital fog. I missed seeing your photos and the cats while I was not on the computer.

  6. WOMAN!! *slap* [pause] *slap* SNAP OUT OF IT!! These are beautiful even w/o your portrait lens, and your new one should arrive any day now! :-)

Lovely portrait of Helen ~ I definitely like the cream one best, and will be amazed if she doesn't love these. She's a beautiful model and you're a terrific photographer.

And where was Crazy Cath while you two were doing glam things?

  7. Blog violence! Well that's a first! :O) Helen text me 'Who is that woman?!?' when I sent her the link to these - LOL!

I hate to say this but Cath was tidying her house and garden whilst we were out on our little fun day away... I know, I know.... she is beyond help.

  8. The first one seems most fitting.

I get many more views on my posts than comments, so please if you drop by, stop and say hello. Otherwise I'll start getting paranoid and neurotic, and worry that nobody likes me... sniff sniff...
