Happy birthday to my long-suffering (snigger...) husband David.
Here he is with Ginger the Stratford upon Avon cat - as you can see both are in celebratory mood. You can tell it took hours of brow-sweating hard work on my part to achieve the subtle processing effects you can see in this photo can't you? :O)))
And here he is with his beloved camera... (although he was getting overly attached to MY camera last week so I had to take it from him lest things got nasty...)

That's a great photo! Happy birthday to my big brother!
Yo, David, way to partay DOWN, bro! LOL Love the hat, especially, though it looks like moths have been at it. (At least they appear to have been festive moths!) ;-)
Happy Birthday! (BW says people with June birthdays rock). :-) Hope it's a perfect day and that the celebration lasts all weekend!
David thanks you for your good wishes - and now says he's going to eat a whole swiss roll in celebration.
I think that's a fallacy about people with June birthdays... there's a rumour that Satan was born in June. I'm sure that Ruth would agree with me in saying people born in May are actually better in every way :O)))
Great photos. Happy Birthday Bro. I do have to say you're all wrong and the rockinest people are born in September!!
Forgot to say... your nephew will fight you for the chocolate curly cake. Seems to be a family trait and we've bought one today in your honour!!
Hope the cake has gone down well Liz! Personally I'd rather have a glass of shiraz so I won't be fighting David for a slice (as if THAT would work!).
I can see a birthday month war breaking out soon... there'll probably be one of those Capricorn types arguing the toss before too long :O)
Capricorns are content to remain on their lofty and righteous perch, well above the vulgar fray of you inferior zodiac hoi poilloi. So while you carry on with your irrelevant kerfuffle over which month produces the best births, Capricorns ~ especially January Capricorns ~ continue their graceful ascent to the pinnacles of eminence.
(But... erm... what's this about a chocolate curly cake and shiraz?! Can I haz some?) :-)
Ooh get you! Handbags at fifty paces??!?
And I think the cake has now gone - so that will be a no then :O)) (You can have a virtual glass of shiraz though).
:-)~
A belated happy birthday to David!
Thanks William :o)
