If you can't get warmth outside - get it inside. I'll let you guess which one of your excellent choices tempted me the most :-)

How perfectly your photos capture the comforting warmth of a cozy, peaceful winter full of simple pleasures. What more could we want or need?

It's definitely tough to choose a favorite, but my eyes keep being drawn to the third one, and not just because I'm a fan of red wine or because I like to imagine that you and David poured the third glass in anticipation of my (fantasy) visit. :-) It's just a really beautiful photo, and should be in a wine ad in a very posh magazine!

Interesting, but looking at these photos I can "feel" a sense of quietness.

Perfect winter warmth! I love the hands holding the cup...I can almost feel the chilly air, and the relief of the fingers warming themselves <3

Laloofah - You are of course welcome at any time, but are sadly mistaken in who you think drinks all the wine in our house (I only put it in three glasses to make me seem less greedy) :O))

I love the coloring in these photos, and the feeling of warmth and friendship and love.

Oh lovely! The last one with the wine glasses really speaks to me (no really, I hear the wine calling my name, lol!) but love the gorgeous warm tones in all of them.

Thanks for taking part in the Poetic Winter Photography Challenge!
