We never celebrated Valentine's day, for the simple reason that it didn't exist ! Since a few years it moved in, mostly for the younger generation. But of course the shops are all decorated with hearts and romantic stuff, buisiness is buisiness,lol !
i LOVE your photo! the simplicity is just beautiful! we're not too big on valentine's either. we usually do a little something for the girls but our favorite is cooking a big family dinner all together.

I love this! It was the perfect nod to Valentine's Day! (And as usual, deserves to be a greeting card and/or calendar photo!)
I actually broke two lollies trying to take this - extreme photography!
