Before...
and After...
I wanted to keep the ethereal feel but also
wanted to warm up the image and give it a bit more oomph!
I cloned out a blob in the foreground, used a screen blending mode,
converted to b&w, added a sepia tint to warm it up, then boosted the contrast.
I didn't mind the sky being white as that's what I was after - it's the kind
of image I think I'd use as a greetings card of some type.
Before...
After...
I cloned out the bench and some twigs in the top right corner
as I felt they were too obtrusive. I also altered the colour balance,
and used a screen blending mode plus a soft light blending mode.

Ah, Very interesting before and after shots Barb.
Nice to meet you. Thanks for visiting mine too.
The funny thing about your edits is that the pics are beautiful before AND after! I love them all. Very dramatic and moody.
These are all beautiful examples of wonderful photographs that are made even better with some special editing! That first transformation is my favorite!
Wow I am totally in love with that first photo and the edit of it. I really like the warm touch you added to it and it just has such a magical feel! Great edit. This was my first time playing along in the challenge!
These are all so gorgeous - you've done an incredible job!
The transformations turn a pretty picture into an extraordinary one. I like the middle and last because I love stone walls, but they are all beautiful.
Beautiful pictures, the fog gives a nice effect.
Well done!
Sue.
I thought the 'befores' were great and then I saw the 'afters' and they were even better! You're so great at photo editing! Lovely atmospheric shots. I love misty shots and stone walls, too. :o)

I love the second best...Beautiful!!
They're ALL beautifully done!
Nice job!
really like the black and white of the wall, there are so many dimensions it can poses!
Great shots! I love fog and mists, they can make for such creative photos.
WOW! These are amazing! I love foggy shots and you did an amazing job processing these.
Totally awesome. Not only would these look good on a greeting card but I think a series of them framed and hanging on the wall.
