Scavenger Hunt Sunday...

Texture...
I decided not to add a texture to an image, but rather go for something that
had a few different textures in it, so here's a velvet background with a necklace of metal
and smooth round beads.  The necklace was a present from my friend Cath
 - I've not had a chance to wear it yet.

Fog...
A bit tricky this as all week there hasn't been a sign of fog!
I got round it by asking David (nicely) to walk down a country
road in Northants whilst I took his photo,
then converted it to b&w,
then added a graduated fill layer of white
and adjusted the opacity and, voila, home-made pea-souper :O)

Button...
I was thinking about a button as in shirt button etc, but then
decided to go with the interpretation of button as in badge.  Here
Posky claims his rightful award of Prince of Cats
(It's a badge from the Royal Shakespeare Company - my cats are
nothing if not cultured) :O)

Beverage
Taken on my android phone at the RSC this morning.
(Mine's the black,
David's is with milk -
and it was excellent coffee).

I admitted defeat with 'Seventies', just couldn't get my head around it at all, apart from wondering if I should ask David to dress up as either Mark Bolan or David Bowie.  There are limits to even his levels of co-operation however...

I love how you recreated that pea soup scene - I would never have realised that it was a set up - great job. I really like how you processed your beverage shot - nice texture in the background of that one aswell.

I actually love what you did for your FOG shot! If not for me being lucky enough to catch what I did out the window earlier this week, I wouldn't have had anything at all. :)

Love your shots.....giggling at asking him to dress up as David Bowie for the 70's shot!

Until he shaved his moustache off David could have done a very good Freddie Mercury impression - I never did get a shot of him dancing around with a hoover singing 'I Want to Break Free'... :O)
