Scavenger Hunt Sunday

Well it's Saturday and we were meant to be going to Warwick Arts Centre tonight to see George Clooney's film The American.  Unfortunately they've just phoned to say they've had to cancel because of the snow, (they can't open the building because lack of staff).  Now it snows! Why couldn't it snow in the week so I couldn't get to work??!? I might as well post my scavenger hunt for tomorrow then!

Winter
Abandoned glove...

Black and White with Selective Colouring
What amazes me about this shot is
that I managed to focus the camera on
anything at all when I didn't have my glasses on!!

Wind...
Well actually it's Santa's beard being blown by my hairdryer! :O)

Framed
The frame of my glasses

Remember When...
I took this photo of the last
of the Rudbeckias a year ago - the time has flown...

Cute freckles! Good shot.

My freckles thank you :O) What I did in that shot was select around my eye to keep that sharply focussed, then inverted the selection and used a light gaussian blur on the rest of the shot - great for getting rid of lines etc etc etc!!

Winter is funny and good. It is like last man standing.... he is dying and crying help against winter. That how I see that photo and it makes me smile, thank you:)

Loved the abandoned glove. and the selective coloring. I would have been poking my eye out with the brush trying to get the shot

The abandoned glove would make a good cover for a mystery novel.

What great photos. The discarded glove is very wintery, and I like how you accomplished the windy beard.
