Got to love my wide-angle lens...
Taken in Stratford upon Avon cemetery.
A wide-angle is great for not only including a lot in a scene, but also distortion. What you have to do though is get much closer than you think is right to the subject in the foreground - I was almost on top of these flowers.
The colours scared me :-)
ReplyDeleteLol! My cunning plan worked... :o)
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my Nurture Photography purple picts at A Geek In Glasses.
ReplyDeleteThis picture is amazing. I love it! Keep up the awesome photography, I can't wait to see next weeks!

That's beautifully done. I love the look of that church, and it works well with the flowers in the foreground...
ReplyDeleteThat it truly a gorgeous shot of the church, cemetery and flowers. Thanks for sharing it. I can almost visualize this as the cover of a scary book of stories!
ReplyDeleteThat is a fabulou shot - well done:-)
ReplyDeleteSo, "Objects in the photo are closer than they appear?" :-)
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely wonderful photo! I think purple does NOT get its props as an Autumn and Halloween color, so I'm happy to see it in its glory in your gorgeous photo!
Have to say this is one of my favourite shots of this autumn so far so am really glad other people like it - thanks chaps and chap-ettes!
ReplyDeleteLaurie - Something like that :O))
Love the colours and the perspective distortion in this Barbara, the flowers really jump out at you!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for taking part in the Nurture Photography Challenge :)
