During a week in which I have blatantly not got my act together as far as the cats and this post are concerned, we had Charlie looking all innocent for a change...
Butter wouldn't melt...
...and Pepper looking suspicious. (Don't ask me what she was up to, or come to think of it, why I was lurking behind a small tree with my camera).
And whilst Mrs P looked inscrutable...
Posky just looked... (it's hard to take a bad photo of Posky, he's like the George Cloony of the cat world).
For more kitties visit Gattina's
Cats on Tuesday.
What gorgeous kitties!! Ours are all a little psycho! I do get an occasional good photo of them though! Nothing like yours. I definitely see Clooney in the fluffy gray cat. DEFINITELY.
ReplyDeleteWhat thick fur they all have. Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteBonjour sweet Barbara,
ReplyDeleteBonjour adorable cat friends!
wow, you all are awesome, I'm enchanted by your pictures!Charlie is so photogenic! What a pose! :)
purrs and love
Luna - WE LOVE LUNA
Mom is loving the fact that you were hiding behind a tree hehehehe purrrs
ReplyDeleteI just love, LOVE your photos. Wonderful!
ReplyDelete-"Mom" Kim
Oh my, Charlie and Pepper appear to have undergone personality transplants! Charlie looks positively angelic in both beautiful photos, while Pepper has "sinister" written all over her skulking body language. Even the Buddha is watching askance! (And hey, paparazzi have to lurk behind trees sometimes, it's part of the job description! Besides, how would you have gotten your own cool foreground leaves in the picture otherwise?) ;-)
ReplyDeleteMrs. P looks lost in deep thoughts, and I just want to sink my hands into Posky's gorgeous plushness. "George Clooney of the cat world" ~ LOL! But you know, I do see a resemblance! Posky's definitely very handsome in that sultry, dusky way.
All four cats are magnificent, as are your photos of them!
P.S. What is that little silver thing hanging next to the bell on Charlie's collar? I'm thinking maybe it twists open to reveal a hidden scroll of ancient, evil incantations. Or maybe just Charlie's name and address. :-)
ReplyDeleteCats' eyes are so beautiful and Charlie really is such an innocent;-)
ReplyDeleteOur human wants to hug Charlie because he looks so round!
ReplyDeleteOh, Pepper is smelling those lovely flowers.
Both Mrs P and Posky are gorgeous.
In fact our human wants to hug all these kitties. Purrs from all of us.
Every house needs a George Clooney!! I think I will name my new kitty that, he is darling, and a total pest, a darling one. What wonderful photos...as always...
ReplyDeleteGeorge Clooney, lol !
ReplyDeleteI am surrounded by grandmas ! but I miss my youngsters !
I like that description of Posky, George Clooney of Cat world.
ReplyDeleteEmma and Buster
I'm sure George Clooney would be flattered to know Posky reminds you of him.
ReplyDeleteBarbara: I think George is man enough to take the comparison :O)
ReplyDeleteLaloofah: Charlie would like it to be known that he was just having an off day when those photos were taken and is now back on evil top form. No one is brave enough to examine Charlie's amulet - Pepper says he keeps his soul in there! Or she might have meant sole, I'm not sure ;o)
Pepper would also like it to be known she was indeed inspecting that flower to see if it was worthy as a present for the Buddha, and she is very sad that people might think she has so much as an evil bone in her body.
Please tell both Charlie (he of the mysterious amulet) and Pepper that their clarifications have been duly noted, and I am inclined to believe them both. Especially Pepper, despite her skulky stance. :-) And I'm sure The Buddha would be pleased with any flower Pepper chose for him.
ReplyDeleteI have my own wee Charlie who is the terror of the house. This week he has broken a curtain rod, torn wallpaper under a window, and there are still a few days left. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr
ReplyDeleteSigh... I felt I wanted to snuggle Charlie when I saw these photos and I'm normally quite a timid person... I don't suppose it would be safe...
ReplyDeleteThe rest are gorgeous as always, but there was just something about that boy...
You may have been safe yesterday Penny, Charlie accidentally had a 'happy pill' (over the counter capsules I'd got for Mrs P to stop her feeling stressed and yowling when she sometimes gets a bit confused) and was so laid back it was frightening. He allowed me to stroke and fuss him without once trying to bit or claw me! Amazing!
ReplyDeleteI just love the close up pictures of your gang, especially those of Charlie!
