Song-ography...

Silver Bells...

Not quite 'Christmas time in the city...', more like 'Christmas time in the small market town in which I work...'.

  4. Oh I just ADORE these in BW. Especially the simplicity of that single ball on the branches. These shots have such an enchantment to me. Now, could you PLEASE do me a favor and make all those rains and winds you are getting over there scoot on outta town before I get there??!!??? Much appreciated :). Thanks for joining in on Song-ography. Wishing you and yours and holly jolly Christmas.

  5. I hear you on the small town thing...but no one could tell as it is so filled with light an energy. I must say I don't know if that's a selfie or a willing model, but that photo is my favorite. There's Christmas joy in those eyes.

  6. Oh my what stunning BW shots. I generally don't photograph in BW but am slowly starting to think I might give it more of a try after seeing your work. You are so inspiring. I loved that shot of the shop window with the white snowflakes hanging down. So festive and the lone ornament on the tree was amazing. Merry Christmas to you & your family.

  7. Wow... Such gorgeous photographs of the season in full swing! Your lighting in each is stunning and you've really captured the mood so beautifully here in each photograph. I am now singing the song "Silver Bells" because "Joy To The World" has been knocked completely out of my head after seeing your work here! What a brilliant take on the prompt. Beautifully seen and photographed!

    Merry Christmas!

I get many more views on my posts than comments, so please if you drop by, stop and say hello. Otherwise I'll start getting paranoid and neurotic, and worry that nobody likes me... sniff sniff...
