Monday - I was in the garden with some tea lights,
trying to avoid getting a cat in a shot (ha!).
trying to avoid getting a cat in a shot (ha!).
Tuesday - I was out on my bike before work.
Wednesday - I was forced to resort to me as a subject
(cats obviously not co-operating - for a change)
Thursday - I bought a truly
fab umbrella on Wednesday, so of course
had to take some kind of pic of it.
Is that handle great or what?
Friday - I don't work on Fridays
so got to take my camera down to
Ambion Woods, plus we had fog!
Excellent!
Saturday - I tried some new tea
(Lavender Earl Grey - very nice).
And today - we have snow again! Am dragging on boots and woolly hat as we speak :O)
Barb - these are beautiful. I want to go for a long walk after seeing these. Love the 'me' photo. You show em...those cats. Hugs
ReplyDeleteThanks Deb - one day I'll get the better of my cats(!).
ReplyDeleteYour daily pictures are proof that a good photographer can tell a story wherever they are. I struggle sometimes with my photography. I sometimes think that I don't have anything new to shoot. But you show that if you stretch yourself you can grow. I'd also like to say something about your comment here on the comment page. I know with my blog I wonder how I can have visitors from all over the world but so very few comments. Then I realized that I visit many blogs a day and rarely say anything even though I appreciate their blogs. But blogging is in my blood. I do it just for me and if someone else likes it I'm happy. So if you'd like to come over....

Looking good in your pink sweater, a cheery color. Since I'm a mystery fan, I guess it's a given that I love the foggy woods photos. I have the same basket on my bike. Too bad I live on top of a mountain where I can't ride it.
ReplyDeletePeggy - yes the trick is to think... 'how can I make the ordinary interesting'? Some days it's more of a struggle than others.
ReplyDeleteBarbara - Thank you :O) I'm a bit of a fair weather biker so it's not had many outings this year, although it would have even less if I lived where you do...
Ooooooh, lovin' that "dream" shot in BW. Starting to get a bit nicer weather and I'm gonna start making an effort to get my camera out more too.
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful shots in the woods with that fog! Oh my gosh! I love them both so much!
ReplyDeleteLove your pictures of the woods in fog--very cool. Those would make good book covers!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful series! Looks like you had a great week.
ReplyDeleteI do like that handle. And I love the look of those woods. Very atmospheric!
