The first fall of snow is not only an event, it is a magical event. You go to bed in one kind of world and wake up in another quite different, and if this is not enchantment then where is it to be found?

ReplyDeleteWouldn't it be nice if we could just edit our comments instead of having to delete them when they're full of boo-boos and starting over? (Or we could just proofread them... nah..)
ReplyDeleteAnyway, as I was trying to say...
Yah, good for you! I know you've been waiting patiently for this first snowfall, and you got a beauty! All of these photos are beautiful, of course - the silence and frosty air emanate from each of them - but my favorites are the gate, the lamppost, and the two with the ponies. So pretty! Enjoy your beautifully transformed landscape!
*sigh* "Yah" = "YAY." I swear I haven't even had a sip of wine yet - that's probably my problem! ;-)
ReplyDeleteIt looks lovely... of course, I am a winter person, so I'm biased!
ReplyDeleteNow I've seen the lamppost, I want to read the Narnia books!
