Shades of Autumn - Red

Shades of Autumn Photo Challenge

This first one is a re-post from last week -
it's Pepper disguising herself as a Japanese maple
on the bench in the garden.
I've included this for no other reason than that it makes me smile :O)

Followed by a couple of shots of chrysanths after the rain.

Plus a flower in a vase - I have no idea what it is!


 And finally some shots of the Japanese maples (sans Pepper), with raindrops.

    To me autumn is yellow and orange, but I won't protest when you show us such fine red colours :-)

    WOW...that second to last shot is amazing in it's detail and colors! Terrific! Haha, I'm glad you reposted that photo of your kitty, it makes me smile too!

    Pepper makes us smile too :-) we have shots like that framed in our home - but none of people, which is somewhat disturbing if you think about it!
