Something else I haven't done for a while, The Weekend in Black and White! These are a few I took this morning when I should have been getting ready for work. The bottom two pretty things are from the fabulously named Marmalade Meringue shop!
Spices...
Heart Hanger...
Windmill against the sun...
Your b&w photos are always so stunning. Do you take them in b&w originally, or in color and then turn them B&W with a photo editor?
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you told us that first photo is of spices, because I couldn't figure out what those cinnamon sticks were! I thought they looked like tubular ocean sponges! :-) The twisted heart hooks are pretty, especially with the shadows they're casting, but my favorite is definitely #3. I love photos of sunlight shining through things!
Happy Friday, Barbara!
These are great - I especially love the last shot.
ReplyDeleteThanks :O) Laloofah - sometimes I shoot in b&w but as I like to keep my options open and keep colour versions of images 'just in case', I usually shoot in colour then convert in either Digital Photo Professional (which is the free software that came with my camera - I use it to download and do basic processing on RAW files which I shoot in), or Paintshop. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteVery good black and white photos, especially I like the last one.
ReplyDeleteRegards!
Very good and rather different photos. My favourite is the last one too.
